Default Cooling for 49 hot rod

Finally figured out how to install near stock crank driven 18 inch cooling fan for my 92 ford 302 in my 49 woodie.

Just got back from the radiator shop, had the water return pipe raised about an inch.

Moving the radiator 3 inches forward and raising the return pipe gives me just enough room to install an 18 inch heavy duty flex fan on the crank with a 2 inch spacer. The radiatior is 20 inches wide and the 18 inch fan will have 1 inch of room on all sides for the fan shroud I'm making. Don't believe the 16 inch electric fan I had installed would move this much air!

After this I'll have to modify the bumper sheet metal as well.
