Cyl. head id
Hi all,
started cleaning up a spare head to have it surfaced. While doing this I found the head has these numbers on it, 8-17-45 below that the letters AL. Next it has A6050A then Made in USA. Just wondering what all this means, maybe a replacement head made in 1943? Thanks in advance for any info. |

Re: Cyl. head id
Yes, it is a standard replacement head built in 1945. I've had a couple over the years.

There also may be a diamond on the front under the water pump.
