Default head bolt re-torque

I need to remount the heater hose support on my rebuilt flathead, it is attached to the engine head bolt(mine are nuts), can I just remove that nut without re- torqueing all the other head nuts?

Yes, but while the tools are in your hand you should at least re-check the torque of them all.

I'd also say yes, but as stated a check of torque can never hurt.

Remove the nut when the engine is cold.
