If it makes any kind of noise I would recommend changing it and the small bering in the flywheel . Now is the best time to do this job .

Even if you replace the bearings, re-pack them with a Wheel Bearing Packer. The grease they pack them with is almost like VASELINE!

I never use a bearing in the flywheel. The original were open bearings and got gunked up with clutch material and seized, ruining the input shaft. The new replacements are sealed, and the seals are so tight that the shaft spins in the bearing and the bearing does not spin. I use a bronze bushing, like Ford did in later years. If a bushing is good enough for a 427 with 4 speed, it is plenty good enough for a model A. the correct bushing can be gotten at NAPA and other auto retailers.

That's sound advice.

Many folks are concerned about lubricant in the plain bearings (bushings), but the right ones are oil impregnated, so lubrication is not a problem.

Off track fellas. T/O bearing and not Pilot bearing. I like the older bearings that have a hole at the inner diameter for the grease to enter the bearing and not just lube the bearing retainer sleeve. The new stuff I've seen have been sealed and would be difficult to even hand pack.

I looked around And macs had a bronze bushing listed for early v8s 32 trucks and on for 9$. Would that one be a fit? Napa has abandoned my area. There is a auto value affiliated owner operated parts shop ill go to with my mics and the bearing.

On the throw out bearing I'll have to get a new one.

Not off track. post #2 mentions changing the pilot bearing. That is why I responded.
