This is a standard version of the 49-50 Ford car radio that was also used in 51-52 trucks. I have gone through his radio and replaced the wax caps, replaced out of tolerance resistors, pushbuttons, dial face, added solid state vibrator and repaired a couple other issues. Plays nice. Does not come with speaker. For 6 volt positive ground only. Can be installed in 48-50 trucks but takes a special dash bezel. I have one of these bezels for extra if interested. Takes 4 ohm 6X9 speaker. $250 plus shipping. Youtube video shows it in action.

Adding an original speaker bracket for an additional $75 and a new repro speaker for an additional $65. The speaker is not the one pictured above.
