Primaries are 15/16 like 94s and vacuum secondaries. Should work well.

WCFB=wrought cast four barrel , AFB=aluminum four barrel (first used on 327 in 62) Both are Carter carbs

I wonder what WCFB really does mean. I thought it was White Cast Four Barrel, but there seem to be a lot of choices here. They are good carbs anyway.

It does, white cast means zinc as A in AFB means aluminum. Why they didn't use a Z is beyond me.

WCFB was an early four barrel used primarily on GM products such as Cadillac and others with OHV V-8s. If it has the early small bolt pattern, it was prior to about 1956. After that, the bolt pattern was enlarged. GM and some MoPars also used these in their 2-4 applications. God only knows what else they may have been used on(I believe Studebaker may have used them in some cases). I believe that some of the later 2-4 applications may also have had the small bolt pattern, but not positive about this.

The key to application is the numbers you have identified here. If go to e-bay and look up wcfb, you will see a number or rebuilders/dealers on there that, if contacted, may help you out. I do know in trying to locate one of these(small bolt pattern) in the past for use on my flathead that they are fairly precious; even in rebuildable condition. There is a 2-4 set for a Chevy listed as rebuilt for $4200.00 right now.

As wga said, a small bolt pattern WCFB in good condition would be perfect for a flathead.

To me it looks like a very early Buick (maybe 1953) from the fuel inlet in the back of carb (front in your case since carb is reversed on manifold).

Yes, the text to speech program came with the windows XP. (I think) And you can find it in the accessories.
I have mine setup to start automaticly when the computer boots up in the morning. Yje all I have to do is highlight any text, hit crl+F9 and the computer reads the text. You can buy other voices and feachers.
