Default Canopy Top (65-A) for Pick-up Box (78-A or 78-B)?

For which Pickup Box was the Canopy Top (65-A) designed for? The narrow bed (78-A) or the wide bed (78-B)?

The Body Parts List shows 65-A Canopy Top for 78-B Pickup
