windshield wiper arm

I have a 31 s/w and the wiper arm came off the other day. My problem is that I can't figure out how to put it back together again. It is the arm, not the blade. Help please, pictures would be appreciated.

Here is a close up of the wire wiper swing arm with the clip. If you have the cover instead of the clip, pit the wire swing arm end through the hole and put the over the wire and into the indentation in the wiper shaft.
