Yes. They will bolt to the frame. You may have to heat and bend the lever for the right angle, but not difficult.

I'd just put on a tube shock conversion and be done with it. Lever shocks, whether Armstrong, Delco, or what have you, aren't all that much of an improvement over the who-die types and tube shocks are available all over the place.

I put Armstrong's on my 35 but had to fit them upside down on the front to avoid fouling the axle. Work just fine.
