39 Pickup Cab Floor

Well I was told that at the dealership they would put in a 4sp stump puller if desired. Not sure that's true. I'd guess as much as we want things to be cut and dry they might be more like what was on the line. I'm sure they didn't create a completely different trans cover for the BB's. nor you might get a punched one from the BB stack on your 1/2 ton. Best to say it's possible. But your cover is the correct one. I have a early 38 truck and all the mounting cab locations for a dash mounted e-brake. Well best to my knowledge anyways.

Here's Mikes thread on his 40. He really is a great rebuilder. Maybe there is a picture in the thread. Most of the time the length of the clutch linkage is set up by the pedal throw and can be adjusted with the cleavis linkage. 1" in the pedal should engage the throughout bearing (you'll hear it) then you should have enough pedal to fully disengage the clutch.
