Default Identify this tire cover/carrier?

I've had this for some time, but I'm no expert on '30s cars, so figured I'd ask. What is this tire carrier off of? I have a center locking cap, but don't think it goes with this carrier?

That is not what I was expecting, but had no idea. Thanks for the info.

Cool parts! If you are thinking of selling these, I would suggest just cleaning and sell as is. Unless you're an expert, I would leave the restorations to the buyer. Good luck.

I wouldn't even clean it if I were selling it. Nice cover BTW.

Trying to restore it before selling wouldn't make sense. People have their own methods of refinishing parts. I'm picky and only use the best quality primers and paints that I can use, but others take shortcuts and might use cheaper products, which is why I much prefer a part that is 100% original (if at all possible) so that I know what I'm seeing is honest. If a part were blasted and primed, you just don't know what's underneath unless you strip it back down. Painting it would be a dumb move, because that paint will be damaged from storing and shipping, and then you're back to square one.
