Cover is 40-48 woody.The hubcap on the spare tire of the woody has a notch to clear the strap.The locking hubcap is '34.

Not sure about the cover but the locking cap is 1934

Cool parts! If you are thinking of selling these, I would suggest just cleaning and sell as is. Unless you're an expert, I would leave the restorations to the buyer. Good luck.

Trying to restore it before selling wouldn't make sense. People have their own methods of refinishing parts. I'm picky and only use the best quality primers and paints that I can use, but others take shortcuts and might use cheaper products, which is why I much prefer a part that is 100% original (if at all possible) so that I know what I'm seeing is honest. If a part were blasted and primed, you just don't know what's underneath unless you strip it back down. Painting it would be a dumb move, because that paint will be damaged from storing and shipping, and then you're back to square one.
