Default 1938 sedan right rear side glass

I had a regulator problem on the right rear window of my 38 sedan, I thought I repaired the regulator and began the installation. I had replaced the left side glass without much trouble but the right side is fighting me. Any suggestions? Regulator in and bolted up then glass in, regulator loose, I really don't remember what happened on the other side. Thank you

I don't mean to hijack but I guess I did. How the heck do you get the rear side window regulator out? It' loose but there isn't enough space between the inner body and the body for the crank tower to fit through. I hate to force it and maybe damage the body. but maybe that is what has to be done. I have a '39 if it makes a difference.

I'll follow for the glass help as that is coming, all the glass front and rear.

I did a search on here and found this maybe the same.

There is a video on YouTube of a guy doing a '38 pick up front window search there maybe that would help.

I just pulled in the inner panel a little. I suppose some patient finesse.

on my 39 tudor rear regulator go in from bottom. you may have to adjust arms to make it fit. one of the least fun project on an old ford.
