Default Model A's in the Black hills

The Northern Colorado Model a's recently finished a tour of the Black hills. These roads are made for the ModelA! (as long as you have a good radiator, and brakes adjusted as there are many 7 to 10% grades!)
Rather than clog up the page with a lot of pictures here is a link to our Facebook Album.

A few of the Wichita A's made the trip in the middle 90's. Everyone that can should put that on their bucket list. Great trip.

Really nice pictures. Custer Park, right? I always thought this area would make a killer location for a National Tour.

We based out of Keystone, and went in different directions every day, for 4 days. The highlight was Iron Mountain Road, and the Needles Highway

My wife and I just visited Custer Park a month ago. While we were driving through, I commented several times about how this would be a great Model A tour! I'm happy someone actually did it. . . .

As mentioned, I think it would be a great National tour. Mt Rushmore, the steam train in Keystone, Custer Park. . . . lots of great places to visit. Beautiful scenery.
