1940 Pickup
Does anyone have some pictures of the engine compartment of their '40 pickup. I'm putting one together and would like to see where the pieces go. Thanks.

Re: 1940 Pickup
Do you have the restoration guidelines from the Early Ford V8 Club (earlyfordv8.org)? They are mostly cars but I bet the under the hood is basically the same.

Re: 1940 Pickup
Not knowing exactly what you are looking for I took these today. Although the truck is paperworked as a 41 for it is trimmed out as a 40. Hope these help in some way.

Re: 1940 Pickup
Not to be a pain but 41...are those the "correct" horns for a pickup truck?

Re: 1940 Pickup
40fordpu and Cecil you are correct. They are loud which is good.
Thanks Ron. |
