My name & pass word has been saved since I first loged on / today I had to relog on & it would not recognize my pass word

so I am using the one they assigned me.
How do I reset my pass word to one that I will remember.

I could write it down but I am in fear of adding 1 more peice of paper to the pile that it will bring it all down around me !!!
