I bought both front and rear parking brake cables and they are a couple of inches away from being able to connect.I realize that merc is 4 inches longer than ford,but ford cables SHOULD fit,since mercs extra length is from the firewall forward,but the cable is from firewall,to rear.Anyone have a fix,besides making a link to connect front cable to rear cable?
