Starter questions
I see where the replacement starter part number for an early Ford V8 is the same for 1932 to 1948 (from the green book). What about late model flathead V8? That is, will the starter from a 59A motor work in an 8BA?
Question 2: The starter for a manual shift 8BA is different from starter for a Fordomatic. How can I look at a starter and ID the difference? |

Re: Starter questions
The Fordomatic has a 3 bolt mount. I tried to post a picture, will try later.
