And over the pond is mine , imported from Ilinois 2 years ago ,bought blind on ebay ,advertised as just jump in and drive ....yeh sure if you are o.k with just one wheel brake the other 3 seized,no parking brake, jumps out of gear ,ring broken on 2 pistons ,steering all over the place, front spring shackles shot etc,the interior, body ,glass ,rubber ,tyres were good with a new bed and tailgate , so he spent the money on looking good but not on safety and reliability.....after 15 months of hard graft and several thousand pounds spent its running great ,looks good is a drive anywhere vehicle and I love it....probably has cost more than its value but I open the garage door see it and smile and the bonus is my wife loves being out in it so ....happy days .

Just wrapped mine up after 9 years. Shouldn't have taken that long, but a job, mortgage, school and 2 kids make the time slip away! She's been every shade of primer.

My 1950 F1. I brought it up from New Mexico several years ago and rebuilt it. It spent 30 yrs. sitting out in the dirt and dust. Now I drive it every chance I get. Its been all over the state of Ohio so far.

worked for S. Truett Cathy (Chic-fil-A founder)
all his life.

Don't own one now but have had a 51 and a 52 at different times. Used them as daily

drivers, to go to and from work, haul crushed stone, wood out of the woods for heating

etc. Wish I had at least one of them back.
