Default E-Brake return springs (again)

Like most, I'm struggling to install the e-brake return springs on the e-brake actuator arm. I've searched the heck out of the forum and read everything I can find on the subject (not that I FOUND everything)...including MAG's unique solution (post #5 here... https://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread...+brake+springs )

My basic question is this...where is the anchor point for the end of the spring that does not wrap around the e-brake actuator arm? It appears that it could be (should be?) the housing for the service brake actuator arm, but that would be quite a pull using the new springs.

I know, I should have remembered (fat chance ) or taken a picture of the assemble parts, but I didn't.

Thanks in advance.
