Luray Swap Meet 5/14-5/16
Don't forget the Mid Atlantic Prewar Swap meet in Luray Va. Starting on Tomorrow. Due to a Foot Injury on a High Wheel Bicycle I wont be set up.

Wick, there's a reason people don't still ride those bikes.
I'll bet there's a TV lawyer ready to start a class action lawsuit against the bike maker. |

Re: Luray Swap Meet 5/14-5/16
Well Blake & I are loaded up and will leave out for Luray in a few hours. I am doing my best to help this become the best swap meet on the east coast for Model-A enthusiasts.
We have loaded a box truck & trailer with items such as a complete 30/31 Phaeton body, some Roadster doors, about a dozen or so pretty nice front fenders, a deck lid, a restored early '28 Gas Tank, ...and misc. parts (some NOS) all the way to machines such as a Kwik-Way Boring Bar unit, an AMMCO Brake Arcing machine, a Brake Lathe that can turn Model-A rear drums, a brake riveting stand, and a couple hand-held Wheeling Machines (English Wheel) to name a few. Also bringing quite a bit of Model-A/B speed parts including everything from aftermarket heads to magnetos, to intakes, to headers. Also have an early Franklin Steering box set up for sprint car, along with a Model-A transmission set-up for a Big (Sprint) Car. Even bringing some Model-T parts! Should be a little for everyone to look at. Hope to see y'all there. . |

Re: Luray Swap Meet 5/14-5/16
The swap meet was a great one , saw lots of good parts , Lots of original style period high compression heads , fenders , wheels , you name it for an A or T . Will be there next year if it happens . Always great to be around car people and Luray and the surrounding area is very scenic.
