will 38 deluxe hood sides interchange with a 39 std? thanks

They might interchange, I'm not sure. But the design of the vent holes is different, between the two.
I have a '39 Standard NOS R/H side panel, if you are interested.

thanks mike, i am looking for a pair of hood sides, but nothing real nice, am mostly concerned with the front half as i want to bob them.
