Turn signal too slow
Installed T/S from my 52 GMC. 6 volt, Pos. G, 7 wire, 3 prong flasher. My "A" has 2 LED tail lights, 2 film bulbs in the cowl and a buzzer attached at the flasher. I have tried 2 different flashers. The first wouldn't flash the green indicator light but one time. The second now flashes the green light.
How can I slow the speed? |

Re: Turn signal too slow
Try changing the LED's to regular bulbs to check it out.If they work normally then you have found the problem.LED's don't draw enough to cycle a conventional flasher. Some folks wire in a hidden bulb to create the draw needed. There is a flasher made that works on time, not heat from the draw, but I don't know who makes it.

Re: Turn signal too slow
Probably going to have to hunt down a 6v flasher specifically for LED's, as they (LED) don't draw enough "resistance and/or amps" (somebody will correct me) to make the flasher work correctly.
You might try hooking another light into the system and see if it helps |

If you need a good 2 prone flasher that is NOT load dependant then use the Victor EF32 |
