Default horn rod

did ford ever sell the horn rod alone and if so what was the part number or does anyone know where to obtain one

The basic number was 3616, need to know what year for the prefix.

it is a 36 so what would the number be also is it the rod only or the plastic part that turns the headlights on and off also
