Not NOS but it looks like it wasn't on a car for very long. I haven't tested it but I believe it works. It's not rusty and has not been bead blasted. I believe it's for 32, 33 and 34 Ford. Made in USA and 40 are stamped on it. The 40 stamped might mean 34 Ford. $ 30.00 + $10.00 shipping. Dave 636-861-7376
