This is a 1954 Ford accessory steering wheel modified to accept a tapered, keyed, steering shaft. If you need to change the end of your steering shaft from splined to keyed, I have a 6 inch, or so, piece of tapered, keyed steering shaft that could be welded to the end of any steering shaft.
