FITCHBURG ~ GO or NO GO ~
Ok it's almost Crunch Time ( I guess I have to say it { you guy's know I am wrong most of the time so let's hope this works }It looks like a wet show this year. )
How many of you are still planning on going? Remember Small #'s of walkers mean A better chance to find the parts you have been looking for. And as far a Vendors smaller # of walkers mean that more chance to sell because people can see what you have and not just walk by because of the crowd. My job today is to fix my pop up that came down @ Hershey 2013 in the deluge the night I left it set up 1st time last time ~~~~~ LET'S HEAR FROM YA !!!!!! |

Re: FITCHBURG ~ GO or NO GO ~
I don't know why they have this show so early in the season. More often then not it is either cold or rainy or both. It isn't like the schedule is filled with flea markets and car shows anymore. It would make more sense to hold it in June.

Re: FITCHBURG ~ GO or NO GO ~
The latest forecast, 6:52PM, for 01420, which is Fitchburg Airport is 30% chance of rain before 8:00AM, less than a 10th of an inch of accumulation. 53 degrees, 3-7 mph wind out of the North. What's the big deal, we have faced snow in the past, and it was still a good show. You don't want to miss Ken Makuch's land speed roadster that holds the current record at Bonneville. It has a new nose by Curley 11 Racing so he can take a shot at breaking the modified roadster records this year. See you there, Dan & Russ, #113.

Re: FITCHBURG ~ GO or NO GO ~
Yea I looked at that grill also. Very nice but out of my price range today. I was able to pick up a set of nice front fenders and a rear one for parts for my 40 coupe, also got a badge bar for my 30 buick and an adapter for my Hemi. Connected with some friends after a long winter so all in all a great day.
Thanks to the early ford guys they put a lot of work to make it a great show. |
