Need flywheel advice
Which flywheel is the better of the two for an 8BA ? Centerforce ( steel) or Ram clutches (steel) ? the Ram Clutches shows to be 24 pounds and the Centerforce 27 pounds . are they both drilled for 10 inch and 10.5 pressure plates ? I couldn't find all the Pressure plate Drill pattern spec.s for the Centerforce
Thanks , Fordestes |

Don't know if one is better than the other, but I'm running a Centerforce steel flywheel on my 8BA, with a stock GM 10.4" bent finger diaphragm pressure plate. The #700360 comes drilled for a 10-10.4" diaphragm (same as '49-'53 Mercury Borg&Beck) and a 10-10.5" Long. Last edited by V8 Bob; 05-28-2019 at 09:59 AM. |
