Pulled into a parking stall yesterday and happened to glance down at my odometer.

Lots of sixes there. Way past the devils number.

I used to live on highway 666 back when I worked out of Cortez, Co & Four Corners region. I was sort of disappointed when the government decided to change the number. I always looked at it as a defiance to the devil myself. Sort of like thumbing the nose at em. Cortez and other spots on the road were sort of mystifying locations and the number sort of fit.
