history on 34 cabriolet
purchased this 34 cabriolet from a couple in shrewsbury mass who purchased it in 2016 from an estate in the boston area. somebody sent me a pix of the car at a show in shrewbury mass in 2009 trying to get some info on the builder or history of the car

If you are a member of the Early Ford V-8 Club use the club roster and call some members who live in the Boston area. I'll bet someone knows the car. if you are not a member it would be to your benefit to join and get the V-8 Times magazine plus the roster. www.earlyfordv8.org.

I'm in NERG #5. I don't know who owns the car and I haven't seen it at any of our private club events (at least not the ones that I've attended.) The second photo of the car was taken at the club's April Swap Meet and Car Show. The photo shows the '34 parked on the runway at the Fitchburg airport (not a Shrewsbury car show). The photo also shows spectator parking on the grass between the runway and the tree line. We haven't allowed spectator parking on the grass in that area for 15 or more years. I suggest sending the photo to Jim Lowrey in NH. He restored a lot of early Fords and might know the car.
