Will a late-31 wide bed and unique fenders fit a 28-29 pickup? I'm guessing it will since, AFAIK, the narrow bed was used 28 - early-31 and the rest of the truck wasn't changed when the wide bed was introduced - just not sure the fenders would line up with the running boards and splash shields. Anybody know for certain?

The curve of the fender where it meets the splash shield is different from early to late, so the fenders would not match the splash shield.
