Went up to Sharon Wi Model A Day, it was a great day as usual. Got to park right across from the Ice Cream shop......perfect. Talked to some real nice people, truck ran great, only downside was my camera bit the big one so hope some others will post some pictures here. Clyde

Re: Sharon Wi
I'd also like to see some pictures of what I had to miss.

Re: Sharon Wi
What a great event. My neighbor drove one of my cars and my wife and I drove our Coupe. Now my neighbor thinks he needs a Model A! I took zero pictures of the cars but a bunch of what was going on. Included are those of a fashion show and some of the kids dressed in period clothing. The was a "moonshiners still" operating on main street and one child apparently made of with a flask. Fortunately, it was only water! Gar Williams

Re: Sharon Wi
Thanks Gar! I especially like the picture of the three kids sitting in front of the door. Hope I can make it next year.

Re: Sharon Wi
Until pics of this year's event are posted, I thought I'd share a couple of photos of Sharon Model A Day when I attended in 2009.
Fun event. |

Re: Sharon Wi
Here is an old FB thread on last year's Model A Day in Sharon, Wisconsin. The Rock-Ford A's club has some videos on Youtube as well.

Re: Sharon Wi
When I see the beautiful paint jobs on the trailer queens I get envious, but then when I see my daughters climbing all over our A, I am thankful I have a "driver". The kids love her as much as I do and if I was yelling at them all the time to stay away, they soon would. They will grow up too soon and then there will be plenty of time to get the new paint. I do hearby solemnly swear to never let a paint job of any kind keep kids from enjoying our A.

Re: Sharon Wi
My wife, Mary Alice, and I consider this one of the few "must not miss" Model A events of the year. It's an eighty mile, 2 1/2 hour one way drive for us. We leave at five AM and stay late. She is getting out our period clothing today and I am making it a 'polish up' day for our '30 Coupe. We are already excited about the event. Don't miss it !! Gar Williams

Re: Sharon Wi
Those are some great pics of very nice A’s! I wish I could have been there. However, I know it’s a popular choice but I personally will never understand white walls on a truck or commercial vehicle. Great vehicles and a beautiful town.
