Default Commercial Radiator Shell?

Toasty 30 CCPU on eBay:

Not mine and not interested in purchasing but I'm curious about the radiator shell. Looks kinda like 30-31 commercial but I don't think they had indented top panel - also doesn't appear to have hole for Ford badge. Maybe somebody took the indented top panel out of a 31 passenger shell and put in a flat piece? Thoughts?

EDIT: Looking closer, I think what looks like an indented panel is the top radiator tank.

Just looks like someone just hung the remains of a '31 passenger shell over the radiator. The painted panels and bottom are gone. The radiator core is covered by rabbit wire for protection. As Lindy put it: Junk. Good Luck: Fred A

It kinda looks like chicken wire stuck in front of the radiator to me.
