Default 31 s/w rear fender

Hello can someone please tell me when did ford start putting the little bump in the inside of the rear fender. i have a 31 slant winshield mine was made in february of 31 i just want to know which ones to use i have both with the bump and without. as always thankyou so much for your help Pete

according to the judging standards page 13-5
it states they were used starting in March 1931

The bump goes over a couple of rivets that hold the rear cross rail to the sides of the body. I imagine that all S/W sedans need them.
