Edsel's first show
Frank got the "first show" thing started for me. Went to an all Ford show, first time out for the Edsel other then breakfast, charity event put on by a couple of Mustang clubs, 154 cars, had my socks blown off when my number was called for a Top Ten! Don't build for show, just drivers and fun of saving the old Fords.

Congrats! Beautiful car; I'm not surprised you got into the top 10 with it.

Re: Edsel's first show
Blue, that's a beautiful car. I started to go to that show just to see the cars but had too much family down. Were there many there?

Re: Edsel's first show
Thanks much guys.
Colors are stock, first re-paint for the car. Said to be one of three with those colors ever produced before the combination was dropped. Took it completely apart and found only floor pan rust. It has 47K on the odometer, believe that to be accurate as the maintenance stickers on the door had 42K and 45K on the two I could read. Lucky find from the HAMB!
