Part 14: 4spd OD in a 1932 Ford. So what went wrong on the first start?
Hello and welcome to Part 14 of my Volvo transmission swap. In this video I wind the clock back to the disastrous first start. Watching in retrospect I can see what the problem was but I didn't realise it at the time and ploughed on blindly. If you don't know what happened watch part 13 where I explain what went on. In that video I said I would flesh out the story. Well, this video starts the fuller version of the tale.

Mart, Thank you so much for putting this out. I have enjoyed this whole series! It's been brilliant. Education is always valuable and occasionally painful.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Wouldn't you/we all love to have a future self there to tap you on the shoulder and say "Hey, hold on there, let's have a think." I know I've done a few of those things where kicking the garbage bin is not a satisfying solution, it's ALL on little old ME!
