Whats it worth question 32 panel
A friend found this a couple of days ago and I had a good look at it today.
Fairly complete and rust free with banger. Missing shocks and frame needs work. All 4 fenders are present but no back bumper. windshield frame is rusted out, as well as bottom of main doors. Owner claims that before he got it some of the parts were swapped out. Passenger side roof has had contact with a garage roof, so the owner says. Barn doors are there but need work. Not drivable and suspect it may not start as well due to lack of wiring. No title or registration, as we call it in the frozen north. Sorry for the crappy ipod pics. Still hunting down parts for the one I have and it was a good source for another 35 wire wheel to make a good set. Now if I could only find a Winfield cast iron head |

Re: Whats it worth question 32 panel
There is a huge amount of structural wood in a panel delivery which can make or break a restoration attempt depending on the condition and completeness of the original wood.
Like your pickup, the '32 panel delivery and station wagon also did not come equipped with a rear bumper. The only exception occurred late in the model year when a optional-at-extra-cost bumper was released for the panel delivery. |

Luckily you can get the prints for the wood from the Benson. Doing this now for some of the wood for my 29 delivery since I received very little cooperation from other delivery owners. They take alot of work to make them usable. Rod

Re: Whats it worth question 32 panel
If you could buy this for $8500 or somewhere around that I would do it. If it needs wood work that is much easier than body work. I have done both having built a 57 ft schooner and now restoring a 34 5 window. You can do wonders with a simple tilt table band saw and belt/disc sander. Any body wood would most likely be of white oak or ash. The wooden boat guys could help you out with that.
