Vacuum Tee Check Valve Source
Hello everyone,
I have a 63 Galaxie with a 390 and I need help sourcing a part. I need the vacuum Tee / check valve that goes in the brake booster. This is an automatic transmission car so the Tee must have a large port for the manifold vacuum hose and a small port for the transmission vacuum. For some reason, this part seems to be hard to find. It looks like an inexpensive part, so I don't want to replace (or rebuild) the entire booster just for that one small part. Your help is very much appreciated! ---Rob |

Re: Vacuum Tee Check Valve Source
I have had trouble finding that part also. I was able to put a gromet in the hole then a locally available later model plastic part. works good

Re: Vacuum Tee Check Valve Source
That looks similar to one Chrysler used from the 70's to the 90's on everything with power brakes. Not sure of the sizes though.

Re: Vacuum Tee Check Valve Source
I saw these, and the tees that go into the manifold in the last Original Parts group ElCamino catalog. Pictures and all. Lots of assortment.
