Default Vacuum Tee Check Valve Source

Hello everyone,

I have a 63 Galaxie with a 390 and I need help sourcing a part. I need the vacuum Tee / check valve that goes in the brake booster. This is an automatic transmission car so the Tee must have a large port for the manifold vacuum hose and a small port for the transmission vacuum.

For some reason, this part seems to be hard to find. It looks like an inexpensive part, so I don't want to replace (or rebuild) the entire booster just for that one small part.

Your help is very much appreciated!

---Rob

I have had trouble finding that part also. I was able to put a gromet in the hole then a locally available later model plastic part. works good

Yes! It looks just like that. I wonder if someone has put a later model booster in my 63.

That looks similar to one Chrysler used from the 70's to the 90's on everything with power brakes. Not sure of the sizes though.

Are you wanting to keep the correct appearance (OEM) or just function?

The correct assembly parts are hard to come by.

I saw these, and the tees that go into the manifold in the last Original Parts group ElCamino catalog. Pictures and all. Lots of assortment.
