Default 1941 ford truck cowl vent

I am in need of a picture or diagram of the mechanism that moves the cowl vent up and down on my 1941 ford truck 1/2 ton. I have one that came with the basket case truck I bought that makes no sense and all my research seems to show car vents only that looks different. Any help appreciated .
Thanks, Rick

Thank you very much. I am missing the bars that the lever attaches to. I have the smaller lever and couldn't figure out where it attached to.
