1929 Budd-Ford article in 1973 Old Cars...
Going through some papers I found a article from the May, 1973 issue of OLD CARS.
CThe article was titled "Finding "29 Budd-Ford Easy as Falling Off Log". It was found by Terry Hutchins from Laurinburg, North Carolina at the time. There are photos of the car taken at the Budd factory on June 17, 1929. Is this car still around? Very interesting. Pluck |

Steve contact Doug Skinner, he wrote an article for the National Model A clubs, but it has not been published yet. I have tried to send you photos but the file sizes must be to large for your system. I have 40+ photos of this car. Hope this will help.

Do you recall the subject coming up in one of your posts from last December? See link below. If any new articles are written about the car I hope it will include the fact that it was not built on a Ford chassis so it certainly was not done to attract Ford's business as other projects done by Budd were.
