Clutch pedal adjustment
I need to press my clutch pedal almost to the floor to disengage the gears and shift. Is there an adjustment to raise the pedal height?

Re: Clutch pedal adjustment
Adjust your pedal to have about 1 inch free play. If properly adjusted then you will need to adjust your pressure plate finger heights

Re: Clutch pedal adjustment
Yes, pull the cotter and pin on the adjustment rod at the bottom of the clutch pedal. Then you can screw the rod in or out of the trunion.

Re: Clutch pedal adjustment
Be advised that you will need a hydraulic jack to re-attach the trunion.

Re: Clutch pedal adjustment
I just push them up with my hand/fingers. A stilson or pipe wrench will aid you best if you need a little more leverage. I know the suppliers ( snyders/brattons) are now handling a clutch arm lever to help with this.. but in my opinion it is not needed.

Re: Clutch pedal adjustment
I hook a gungee cord to the clutch pedal to hold it up while I repin the linkage.
