Default 1937 wheels adapter for samaller rims

hi im looking to install a set of new rims on my 1937 ford , but i dont want change the drums , is some kind of adapter to keep the same drums , without install a new spensive ones , i saw a similar for vw beatles , look like a start ,

someone have a information about , idont have the new rims yet so i cant install any apdater 5 , ford or chevy ,

also i would like know , if some shop can make my original rims , smallers , as 15 ´´ and make it 9 inches in the rear , 7 in fron , but using the original metal rims , some know who can do this job !!¿¿¿

not that is not what im looking for ,, i have 1937 than is really apart .. i want install a 5 bolts ford o chevy . normal rims . i want the oposit of this , this is from samll to big , i want from big to small !! oposit , the bolt in the center no apart

i

As I read the speedway description, it for wide-5 hubs and allows you to run 5 on 4.5 wheels.

Just the opposite of your link, unless I am miss reading something.

The closest you will get to what you want would be to use 40-48 hubs and drums and 15" pickup steels. Any wheel that is available in 5 on 5.5" pcd should go on.

It does seem to me, though that you are defeating the object and the desire to want to use (what I would assume to be) a 4.5" ford or 4.75 chevy bolt pattern might mean that in reality you might as well just gut everything out and street rod the thing.

That said, I am pretty sure that people have modified the wide 5 centres to fit a 15" rim, so if you don't really want to get rid of the wide 5's you could pursue that line of enquiry.

I'm pretty sure circle track racers did that quite commonly, but I'm not an expert.
