Default Window piece missing?

Hello Gentleman,

I was wondering if there is a piece of weather striping of some kind that goes between the glass and the outside of the body on a 31 Tudor? Seems like a large gap and very inviting to the outside elements. The largest gaps are on the rear windows.

Regards
Bill

nope that's it. they do have a wiper per say on the inside. on the slant window bodies there is a different glass setting rubber that fills in the gap.

jw hash,

Shoot, seems like the interior would easily get wet.

The water is NOT going to get inside the car. It will run inside the panels. Wash my tudor all the time with hose, and it stays outside in the driveway and gets rained on to boot.

Make sure your drains are open on the bottom of the doors. I'm not sure where the drains are on a 31 Tudor, mine are at the front of the rear fender. You can feel them if you stick your finger under the body at the front of the fender.
