HAMB is probably a better source for this info.

buy a dropped axle, 1928-31
reverse eye spring
and for the rear, buy a Model T spring.

LAMO, but true. Check the HAMB. I think a search under CHRIS (whatta coincidence) or Elrod will show some good references. For starters, reversed eye front spring, 32-34 axle with perches for mechanical brakes, 16 or 17 inch wire wheels, reversed eye rear spring with leaves removed, or Model T with spacers for width difference There's about 3-4 inches, without going to a dropped axle, or Z'd rear frame.

Place 1000 pounds of cement blocks in the bed, works great., lower, rides better and feels like power steering (not recommended for freeway driving). On a more serious note not knowing how much you want to lower it you might replace the stock truck spring with one designed for a roadster. The stock spring will give a rough ride and place the rear end high without a load in the back. Reverse the eyes all around for a couple of more inches if you want them.

in the listing he claims to have driven this creation 1500 miles- they must have been darned uncomfortable miles, sitting on the floor with no seat backs!

the photos show a lot of craftsmanship and good detail in the making of this nightmare.

with these skills he could be making something worthwhile like Flop is doing.......

Wow. I think the nicest thing on that truck are the headlights.

Calling it a truck is giving it too much credit!

Remove all four valve cores and stand back? Fordbarn is pretty much for stockers. I do appreciate a properly done rod, but the experts on this are on the 'other' site, the H.A.M.B. Good luck with your project. Even a rodded A is better than a remelt into a new Toyota.
