Default Open Cab (Roadster Cab)???

Hello AA owners with the 76-A Open Cab (also called a Roadster Cab).

I am looking for pictures showing the location of the cab rear body bolt holes.

Neal give Jordon in Chicago a call he might be able to help. You should have his number. Tom Godish seems to recall there might be two mounting holes for the rear mount. The outer holes for mounting on car frame and inner for trucks because the frame is narrower at that point.

Thanks for the information. I sent Jordon an email last week but I have not heard from him yet.

The 1928 design 1 Open Cab (with sills which extended under the Pickup body) was only usable on the A chassis. I have information showing the rear body bolt location is about 7" forward of the rear of the cab.

The 1928-1930 design 2 Open Cab had the extended sills eliminated. It was usable on either the A or AA chassis. I am wanting to see pictures of this cab's rear body bolt location for both the A and AA chassis.

Thanks for the note. I have Jordon's phone number. I believe he is at the MARC national meet currently.
