Hello All,

Well I finally got the rebuilt steering box and column in and test drove the car yesterday. I have an issue with a Headlight Switch/Horn rattle that is driving me up the wall. I sued Les Andrews Book 1 throughout the rebuild.

31 Tudor

I completely rebuilt steering Box and Steering Column.

Kept old Steering Box housing, Headlight switch, Horn rod and Steering Wheel, everything else was replaced.

New Shaft with worm.

Using original horn rod

Horn and light's work.

Anti Rattles installed on levers

Not sure what's happening but it rattles like mad, to the point I do not want to drive it while listening to it.

Anyone know of the issue. I searched and found no solutions, just the same answers that lead to nothing.
