Motor mount bolts
Hello everyone, I am reinstalling my engine mounts with new hardware and rubber pads and can't seem to find any photos or reference on the bolts (specifically their orientation) that hold the mount to the frame. Are the nuts and cotter pins on the inside of the frame/engine mount or the outside? Thanks.

Aaron,
On the outside of the frame. Also remember to install the metal sleeves. Ron |

Re: Motor mount bolts
The sleeves ron mentions are for the rubber pad holes. I think some pads had the sleeves molded in the pad. Bob

Re: Motor mount bolts
Pads should come with steel sleeves. Pads should have ridges on them which enter the mount. I've found Synder's pads to be slightly thinner and slightly more pliable than Bratton's pads making for an easier job.
