40 stabilizer bar
Does anyone have a photo of a stabilizer bar for a 1940 that is INSTALLED???
Confused on installation from stabilizer rod to swivel...thanks |

It takes a special perch bolt that will accomodate the swivel and the shock arm - somewhat hard to come by but I do happen to have a set if you are interested - PM me if so.
How you tell the perch bolts apart is by the shock mount (there are numbers on them but I never can remember one from the other) - it should be fairly obvious that way. |

Right hand perch bolt is # 01A-3032-C. LH is 01A-3033-C. Here's some pix. Sway bar will sit more level if car wasn't so low.

I installed one of those on my 39 Standard. It made a world of difference in handling.
