Default 35 to 41 Flathead motor color

Have a 35 truck with a 41 Flathead. What was the original color of these year of flatheads? Can I get rattle can paint to use?

35 is green. Bill Hirsch has the paint you need. Paint with a brush.

Here is the spray paint if you want to use that. You'll get better quality out of a hand painted surface though.

Brush is best on cast iron. Nice thick coat. Get it super clean first with Prep-Sol or equivalent to remove oil film.
