34 PU V8 holes in firewall?????
It has toooo many holes and I cant find my book. Some help here???? Pulled a 'fresh' 59AB-had water in 5 cyls and a qt of water in the oil pan- totally new eng at one time! Some people.!! SO I have figure out the holes?? Newc

Mine looks the same way, get an assortment of plastic desk grommet plugs and paint them to match.

Fritzies fabrication on youtube has a good method for filling holes I now use. The hole should be round, drill it bigger if not, and you get clean metal as a bonus. Then, he makes a round plug with a hole saw, and after filling in the 1/4" hole in the center, leave a bit of welding wire or rod sticking out for a handle to get the part tacked in place. For best results, make it fit perfect with the bench grinder and the handle you just made.
