The info I've seen, tells of disengaging the rollers one at a time then rotating the top of the pane towards the front of the door. Lift it on out..

31 Tudor, top of the door has a cover with 3-4 screws, remove the cover and the glass comes out the top. As for the rollers and regulator I’ve forgotten, get the rollers out of the track and push the glass up and out.

If you don’t want to save the glass just use a Big Hammer, sorry couldn’t resist ;-)

Here is how you go about it on a 31 Victoria. I think the slant window doors are much the same.
